We at Manchester Plastics have taken all necessary steps in order to preserve and protect the environment we live in.
We have a range of Oxo Biodegradable bags, where a compound is added to the normal virgin polymer mixture. This gives the polybag the ability to react to micro-organisms and direct sunlight upon being disposed and touching the soil. This finally enables the bag to degrade away within 12-18 months.
We have our in house recycling plant, which recycles both Pre-Consumer and Post-consumer waste enabling to minimize harmful landfill caused from plastic waste. We aim to recycle and reuse as much as we can with the support of all our customers.
This is a completely new innovation undertaken by Manchester Plastics We have developed a bag which is made of 100% organic plant based materials. No plastics are used in the production of this bag. This enables the bag to degrade away and becoming fertilizer to soil upon disposal. This is the most environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging option.
